OUR WAY OF WORKING

EVERY FAN HAS A REASON FOR BEING THERE.

Our job is to recognize those differences as early as possible.

In many cases, after only a few messages — or even after reviewing the available profile information and behavior — we can begin placing a fan into a working category.

This allows us to understand:

  • Why the fan is there
  • What type of communication they respond to
  • Whether they are likely to spend
  • How quickly they may convert
  • Whether they have short-term or long-term potential
  • How much time and attention should be invested
  • What type of experience or offer may be appropriate

The goal is not to guess randomly.

The goal is to recognize patterns and make decisions based on them.

FAN ORGANIZATION

The key to our system is understanding who is behind the screen and what we can realistically expect from them. In most cases, the first 1–2 minutes give us enough information to make an initial assessment.

1. Profile & First Impression

A quick look at the profile, name, location, and overall presentation can already help us set realistic expectations and determine where the fan may fit.

2. Paid or Free Subscriber

Paid subscribers have already shown a willingness to invest, allowing us to approach the conversation with different expectations than a free subscriber.

3. Subscription History & Buy Rate

A fan subscribed for years with minimal spending requires a different approach than someone who joined recently with a 70–100% buy rate. The numbers often tell us where the real opportunity is.

4. Spenders

We separate high spenders based on their behavior. Some are long-term parasocial spenders whose existing relationship should be maintained, while others are still developing a strong attachment and show significant growth potential.

5. Time Wasters

Fans who openly claim they will not spend are still given a small wallet check. If the conversation shows potential, we continue. If not, they remain categorized accordingly.

6. Specific Content, Limited Budget

We first determine their available budget. If it matches the requested content, we create the opportunity and use the purchase to explore further sales potential.

7. Specific Content Only

For fans interested in something highly specific, we adapt the approach through targeted methods such as OATH or private vault strategies.

The goal is simple: recognize potential early, understand the person behind the screen, and apply the right strategy before wasting time on the wrong one.

THE PURE EXPERIENCE APPROACH

For fans who demonstrate genuine interest and clear spending potential, we apply a more immersive and personalized approach. The conversation is treated as an experience rather than a simple sales interaction. We focus on real-time flow, continuity, timing, attention to detail, and maintaining a natural connection throughout the interaction. Instead of interrupting every conversation with an offer, we focus on understanding when an opportunity actually exists. This approach allows the interaction to develop naturally while still maintaining clear commercial direction. The result is a more personal experience for the fan and a stronger foundation for conversion, retention, and long-term value.

PRICING & SALES STRATEGY

One of the strongest parts of our working system is our approach to pricing. We use structured pricing lists and clear internal logic instead of randomly choosing prices or relying on constant discounting.
The strategy focuses on understanding:

Who should receive an offer.

What type of offer fits the fan.

When the timing is right.

How the offer should be positioned.

When to follow up.

When to move toward a higher-value opportunity.

The goal is not simply to sell more content.

The goal is to recognize the full potential of each fan and avoid leaving opportunities unexplored.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

We do not enter an account with the mindset of being satisfied with average results. The objective is always to identify where more can be done.

Individual chatter performance can range from approximately $1K per shift to $10K+ per shift, depending on the account, traffic, fan base, creator positioning, available content, and overall account conditions.

These numbers are not presented as a guarantee for every account.

They represent the level of performance and ambition we are prepared to work toward when the conditions and account potential allow it.

Our approach is based on maximizing what is already available and identifying where additional opportunities can be created.
